On behalf of the H3 Law Group, I would like to thank you for considering this firm to represent you. There are many options available to you as a client, and I understand the commitment required to thoroughly explore your choice in law firms. My goal is to help make your decision easier after exploring the options available to you. In the end, I believe you will decide that our firm is the right one for you.
There is nothing more rewarding than standing up to a bully, and believe me, they don't stay in the school yard! Personal injury law gives me the opportunity to do just that every day. Representing people who have been injured in an accident puts me up against the insurance industry to battle for your rights, and make sure you are justly compensated. My success comes from helping those who have been wronged, and making it right for him or her again. My sense of accomplishment comes from knowing I made a difference.
The current real estate market has given me the opportunity to help and protect yet another part of our great community, the homeowner. So many of us were caught up in the infamous Las Vegas housing boom, only to find ourselves adrift when the boom went bust. The good news for many Nevada homeowners, is that they may have options to help bring them relief and resolution in the turbulent economic times that the housing boom, and eventual bust, brought with it. Whether you decide to try a loan modification program and stay in your home, or decide that it just makes financial sense to do a short sale, we're here to help you succeed, and put yourself back in the position to purchase a house again, and make a sound financial decision for you and your family. There couldn't be a better time to change your home ownership goals!
Leila L. Hansen was born in the Philippines and raised in Southern Idaho. She attended Utah State University where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree. After undergraduate school Ms. Hansen worked as a technical writer in both Utah and Maryland, and wrote about everything from video games to building design. She received writing awards for her work in the technical writing field. Later, she attended the University of Idaho College School of Law and graduated in 2000 with a Juris Doctor Degree. Throughout her law school years, she clerked at various law firms in both Idaho and Utah where she learned to love personal injury and criminal cases, and actively participated in community service activities. She has been practicing law for nearly 12 years in the great state of Nevada.
Ms. Hansen specializes in personal injury cases representing the rights of accident victims on a contingency basis, as well as specializing in short sales and loan modifications. She believes the best part of practicing law, is the amazing connection she enjoys with her clients, colleagues, and co-workers. She has been involved for over ten years in multiple phases of complex legal cases and has worked with large corporations and individuals alike. She has represented hundreds of clients in real estate, civil, and criminal matters. She is an active member of the State Bar of Nevada, the State Bar of Idaho, the American Bar Association, the Nevada Justice Association, and the Association for Trial Lawyers of America.
Leila has two beautiful daughters and a precocious dog. The girls are aspiring actresses, singers, future owners of at least 82 Taco Bells (shout out to the Blind Side), orthodontists, wedding planners, designers, journalists, or attorneys, depending on the day you ask them. If you asked her, she might say she was still deciding among those careers herself. She loves roller coasters, music, running, cooking (well, not so much anymore . . . maybe eating), and reading. In her spare time, Leila lives for her family (including the dog), her friends, her work, and her free time. She is proud of her commitment to family, friends, the law, and her integrity. One of her favorite quotes of all time is, "My decision to become a lawyer was irrevocably sealed when I realized my father hated the legal profession."
